职责描述/Job Description：

仓库运营管理（Warehouse Operations Management）

监督和协调仓库日常运营，确保所有流程按计划高效运行。

Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring all processes run efficiently as planned.

管理收货、拣货、包装和发货流程，确保符合客户和公司标准。

Manage receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes, ensuring compliance with customer and company standards.

检查库存管理流程，确保仓库管理系统（WMS）数据准确，减少库存误差。

Monitor inventory control procedures, ensuring warehouse management system (WMS) data accuracy and minimizing discrepancies.

团队管理（Team Leadership）

领导和培训仓库团队成员，提高团队整体技能和绩效。

Lead and train warehouse team members, enhancing overall team skills and performance.

制定工作计划并分配任务，确保团队成员高效完成工作。

Develop work schedules and assign tasks, ensuring efficient completion of daily tasks.

提供绩效反馈，识别优秀员工并改进低绩效人员的表现。

Provide performance feedback, recognizing top performers and improving low performers.

确保团队遵守安全规程，减少事故和操作错误。

Ensure team compliance with safety procedures, reducing workplace accidents and operational errors.

质量控制与安全合规（Quality Control & Safety Compliance）

检查货物质量，确保符合公司质量标准和客户需求。

Inspect product quality, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

执行和监督安全规定，确保团队成员在安全环境下作业。

Implement and monitor safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.

报告并解决运营问题，包括设备故障、库存错误和物流延误。

Report and resolve operational issues, including equipment malfunctions, inventory errors, and shipping delays.

工作经验/Work Experience

至少2年仓库运营经验，具备团队管理经验者优先。

At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, with prior team leadership experience preferred.

技能要求

能够操作仓库设备（如叉车、托盘搬运车）者优先。

Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus.

掌握基本的计算机技能，能够使用库存管理和运输软件

Basic computer skills for inventory management and shipping software

熟练使用 Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、PPT）进行数据管理和报告。

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) for data management and reporting.

具备足够的体力，可以搬运重物（最高 50 磅）并长时间站立工作。

Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
