Job Description
• Identify new business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow
• Build strong business contacts, retain, and extend existing ones and meet their needs
• Reach out to potential customer through cold calling
• Maintain and update customer database
• Coordinate sales effort with warehouse team members and other departments
• Negotiate prices and terms of agreements
• Prepare SOP based on negotiated conditions
• Organize regular meetings with current customers
• Co-operate with other departments locally and in other countries
• Negotiate the best possible transport conditions for local customers
• Define internal processes in accordance with customer needs
• Negotiate suitable agreement terms and price in order to achieve win-win situation
• Participating in trade fairs, conferences and workshops
Job Requirements
• Experience in sales at least 3 years, ideally with logistics background
• Finance background and/or logistics background
• Knowledge and analysis of competitors
• Ability to work independently, effectively multi-tasking and also to cooperate in a team
• Highly developed communication skills
• Ability to build professional business contacts with the customer
• Focus on achieving sales goals
• Strong motivation and commitment to work
• High personal culture
• Communicative knowledge of English
• Computer skills
• Driving license category B and willingness to travel frequently
