Job Description
1. Responsible for the operation, optimization, and enhancement of warehouse inventory and quality management systems across the Europe region;
2. Improve inventory and quality metrics and evaluation systems, promote process alerts, tiered escalation, and continuous improvement to prevent quality incidents;
3. Deploy core ICQA strategies, advance inventory count management and in-process quality control, and establish standardized processes and single-warehouse management mechanisms;
4. Initiate quality improvement and optimization projects, collaborate internally for implementation, and participate in quality assessments related to new processes;
5. Build a quality culture by delivering quality standard training to management and key quality personnel, organizing quality culture activities and campaigns to foster a strong quality mindset;
6. Establish and lead the local ICQA team, manage team performance, and develop a talent pipeline.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above preferred; proficiency in English communication and work execution; minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse logistics operations or quality management;
2. Familiarity with quality management tools and analytical methods; prior experience in auditing or inspection is preferred;
3. Strong logical thinking skills, clear-minded, skilled in analysis and problem-solving;
4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project driving capabilities; proven experience as a key project leader, able to manage risks and ensure deliverables;
5. Data-sensitive with solid data processing abilities, proficient in using office software.
