HRBP
Position Description
1, according to the department's business situation, timely, quality, landing headquarters and regional Central Office HR planning, various project tasks and system implementation;
2, timely protection of business employment needs, independent expansion of a variety of recruitment channels, to ensure that the department's manpower and employment structure is healthy and reasonable;
3. Understand the business logic and operation mode, analyze, investigate and output improvement plans from HR professional perspective through labor cost and human efficiency data, so as to help the department reduce costs and increase efficiency;
4. Cooperate with department managers, Operation Training and regional middle-end OD, do a good job in the construction of talent echelon of the department, assist in sorting out the needs of grass-roots management personnel, selection, training, promotion, performance review and other work, to meet the business needs of grass-roots management personnel;
5, the overall management of labor Vender, including but not limited to the introduction, rating, incentive, replacement, resource reserves, employee disputes, abnormal handling and other matters;
6. According to the company's corporate culture, promote the cultural activities of employees in this department and the care of employees in an orderly manner, and output cultural products with perception and temperature;
7. Skillfully use the school-enterprise toolkit, independently develop and visit colleges and universities, complete the signing ceremony, coordinate the intern care, training, selection and other specific matters;
8, big promotion recruitment peak, can complete market research in advance, formulate unit price strategy, predict risks, lock resources, formulate incentives, etc.
9. Continuously train the HR staff of the team, promote the staff to have professionalism and service consciousness, actively solve the staff's problems, identify and dredge the negative emotions, and regularly diagnose the Team Health (centripetal force and cohesion), and finally support the high-speed operation of the operation.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, human resource management, logistics management, business administration, psychology and other related majors are preferred;
2. Familiar with the characteristics of logistics industry (such as warehouse management, transportation process, labor-intensive business scenarios);
3. 3-5 years or above experience in human resources, more than 2 years experience in logistics/manufacturing HRBP is preferred;
4. Be familiar with the management of front-line warehouse staff (such as stevedores, sorters, forklift drivers, etc.); Have cross-warehouse and Cross-City Human Resources Co-ordination experience, and can be independently responsible for the human support of regional business units.
5. Be familiar with the employment characteristics of the logistics industry (such as the high proportion of temporary workers/contract workers and the large fluctuation of employment in the off-peak season); Can quickly build a front-line warehouse team and optimize the employment structure (such as the ratio of outsourced workers to regular employees)
6. Familiar with mainland labor law/Hong Kong employment laws and regulations, industrial injury insurance, overtime management and other laws and regulations to avoid employment risks; Dealing with unexpected problems such as industrial injury and disputes of warehouse employees; Able to coordinate cross-department (such as operation, safety and administration) to solve employee conflicts.
7. Strong ability to resist pressure and cope with high pressure scenes in the logistics industry (such as emergency deployment of Labor during the promotion period). Language ability: Proficient in Cantonese and Putonghua
