Locker Manager-Madrid
Job Description
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new markets and high-traffic locations (e.g., residential complexes, shopping centers, transit hubs) for locker deployment.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for locker expansion in target regions
Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders: property owners, retail chains, municipalities, and third-party logistics partners.
Negotiate commercial agreements and structure partnership frameworks aligned with business goals.
Oversee end-to-end rollout of new locker sites—including internal coordination, field operations, and service providers.
Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks (e.g., power/connectivity issues, access control failures, capacity constraints) and implement mitigation plans.
Lead and optimize the administrative management of Cainiao lockers
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
4+ years of experience in business development, operations management, or network expansion.
Proven track record of scaling physical asset networks (e.g., EV charging stations, bike-sharing, parcel lockers, kiosks).
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
English is highly valued.
