Main Mission

Reporting to the Network Team, you are responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing a network of Pick-Up & Drop-Off (PUDO) points within your assigned region.

You play a key role in scaling the network while ensuring operational excellence and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Network Development

• Identify and recruit new PUDO partners (local shops, retailers)

• Lead onboarding and contract setup

• Ensure optimal network coverage in your area

Partner Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners

• Conduct regular field visits

• Support partners in daily operations

Training

• Train new partners on processes and tools

• Provide continuous coaching and refresher training

• Ensure compliance with operational standards

Performance & Quality

• Monitor KPIs (parcel volume, service quality, SLAs, customer satisfaction)

• Identify improvement areas and implement action plans

• Ensure brand standards are met

Internal Coordination

• Report field insights and issues

• Collaborate with operations, support, and product teams
