Operation Assistant-Mions

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-potential talent to join our Operations Reserve Program. This fast-track role focuses on mastering logistics fundamentals by immersing you in our Sorting Centers and Last-Mile Hubs. You will drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and develop the skills needed for future leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Operational Execution: Participate in frontline operations across key nodes (sorting and last-mile).

  2. Process Optimization: Monitor operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective, data-driven improvements.

  3. SOP Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures through regular site audits and safety checks.

  4. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate between frontline staff, management, and partners to resolve daily operational challenges.

  5. Project Support: Contribute to strategic initiatives, including capacity planning and network optimization.

Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

  2. Experience: 1–2 years in operations or logistics. (Relevant internships in hubs or delivery networks are a strong plus).

  3. Core Competencies:

-Action-Oriented: Hands-on mindset; comfortable working in fast-paced, on-site logistics environments.

-Data Proficiency: Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and an analytical approach to problem-solving.

-Communication: Ability to bridge communication between frontline teams and regional management.

  1. Language: Trilingual proficiency in English, French, and Chinese (written and verbal) is required.
