1、客户服务工作,通过线上系统解决客户关于订单、库存、发货、物流及退换货等方面的咨询与投诉。
2、协调内部仓储、物流及运营团队,推动问题及时闭环。
3、记录并反馈客户意见,协助优化海外仓服务流程。
Job Description
1. Handle customer service inquiries and complaints regarding orders, inventory, shipment, logistics, and returns/exchanges through online systems.
2. Coordinate with internal warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to drive timely resolution and closure of issues.
3. Document and report customer feedback, and assist in optimizing overseas warehouse service processes.
职位要求
1、英语可作为工作语言(具备书面及口语沟通能力),掌握其他外语者优先;
2、熟悉电商平台或跨境物流业务者优先,有客服或海外仓相关经验者优先;
3、熟练操作办公软件;
4、具备良好的沟通能力、服务意识和抗压能力;
5、工作细致、责任心强,具备较强的逻辑思维与问题解决能力。
Job Requirements
1. Proficiency in English as a working language (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
2. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or cross-border logistics is preferred; prior experience in customer service or overseas warehouse operations is a plus.
3. Proficient in office software applications.
4. Strong communication skills, customer service mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
5. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility, as well as solid logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
