Job Responsibilities
Operations Data Monitoring: Responsible for daily monitoring and analysis of key warehouse operations data, identifying anomalies in a timely manner, providing feedback, and assisting in developing optimization plans to improve overall operational efficiency.
System Management: Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of warehouse-related systems, including system configuration, order consolidation strategy configuration, and permission management; liaise with product and technology teams to propose and follow up on system optimization requirements.
Packaging & Consumables Management: Responsible for demand forecasting and system-based procurement of warehouse packaging materials and consumables; follow up on purchasing payments, goods receipt, and inventory management to ensure timely and adequate material supply.
Order Consolidation Management: Develop and optimize order consolidation strategies; oversee order merging and printing operations to improve order processing efficiency and ensure smooth outbound workflows.
Customer Service Collaboration: Handle warehouse-related customer complaints, including preparation of supporting documentation, issue resolution, compensation process follow-up, and work order processing to reduce customer complaint rates.
Process Auditing: Responsible for auditing and supervising the execution of SOPs across warehouse operations, including checks on morning/evening meeting compliance and targeted process audits, driving the standardization of workflows.
Warehouse Operations Support: Assist warehouse managers in daily operations management, and coordinate workforce scheduling and staffing planning for the warehouse.
Policy & Process Optimization: Participate in the development and improvement of warehouse regulations, operational standards, and procedures; continuously optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Location Management: Assist in warehouse slot planning and inventory management to improve slot utilization and space efficiency, and provide improvement recommendations.
Business Collaboration: Effectively support overall business operations, maintain close communication and collaboration with relevant departments, and ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Requirements
Associate degree or above; majors in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred.
1+ year of experience in warehouse operations, production planning, or supply chain roles; experience in e-commerce or warehousing & logistics is a plus.
Familiarity with warehouse operation processes; solid data analysis skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues through data.
Proficient in office software and warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP, etc.).
Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills; highly responsible with a solid understanding of process management.
Detail-oriented and rigorous, with strong problem analysis and optimization capabilities.
