HR SSC-Moscow
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for handling module business within the SSC team, including new employee onboarding, resignation, transfer, contract signing, personnel file management, certificate issuance, leave approval, payroll calculation and settlement, etc.; handling designated module business and employee inquiries and Q&A; able to independently and flexibly handle relevant business scenario issues and cases.
2. Responsible for coordinating business with HRBP, SSC, payroll, and other collaborative teams, undertaking SSC-related work in Russia, and maintaining information synchronization and collaborative support with the SSC headquarters team and the Asia-Pacific SSC team.
3. Responsible for identifying business process and system issues and areas for optimization, and iteratively optimizing these issues through proactive communication, feedback, and collaboration.
4. Responsible for project-based and other temporary work assigned by the team, ensuring high-quality and high-standard business delivery, including but not limited to the above business modules.
Job Requirements:
1. With a major in Human Resources Management or related fields and relevant internship or work experience are preferred.
2. Must be proficient in both Russian and English; Chinese is a plus.
3. Must be cheerful and lively, with a strong customer and service focus; be diligent, down-to-earth, reliable, and self-motivated; proactively explore new business scenarios and opportunities; possess strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills, and be able to effectively identify and resolve problems.
4. Must be proficient in common office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), possess strong organizational and presentation skills, be able to withstand pressure, and be able to actively embrace change and adapt to rapidly evolving business needs.
